Permit Renewal & Registration Information

The renewal & registration process ended on April 30th, 2022. The online portal is now closed for accepting renewal and registration payments.


If you have questions about the status of your permits, please email permits@abc.nc.gov


To reinstate permits that are cancelled, please mail in or drop off a completed application form, ownership verification form, and payment (cashier's check or certified checks only). Mailed in documents and payment should be sent to the following address:
