The NC ABC Commission is seeing applicants, in-person by appointment only for review of retail, commercial, and one-time application packets. Appointment times are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Available appointment times can be found below:
Scheduling Guidelines: Please review
- Only two people will be allowed inside the ABC Commission to meet with the permit specialist.
- The number of packets to be reviewed during a scheduled appointment is limited to two packets per applicant.
- Appointment is for one hour only. Please arrive on time as additional time may not be provided.
- Each applicant is limited to one appointment slot per day.

Schedule An Appointment
To schedule an in-person permitting appointment for retail, commercial, or non-profit special one-time permits at the NC ABC Commission office in Raleigh, please select the appointment date (Monday – Friday, no state holidays) to see the available appointment times for that date. Times in green indicate an appointment is available for that one-hour slot. Click on the appointment time to enter and confirm the details for your appointment.
Please note, no more than one appointment may be scheduled per calendar day per applicant.
Please be aware that starting June 1st, 2024, in person appointments will be available only on walk-in basis. Information and instructions for walk-in appointments will be made available closer to that date.
