Missy Welch
Director of Programming
Missy Welch joined the ABC Commission in 2015 as Assistant Counsel, where she prosecuted alcohol related offenses. She was promoted to Assistant Deputy Director in 2020 and became the Director of Programming in 2021. She currently oversees the Permit, Audit, and Scanning Sections. She attributes her accomplishments to her education received at NC Central University and NC Central School of Law.
