Mike DeSilva

Mike DeSilva has been with the North Carolina ABC Commission as the Deputy Commissioner since June 2022. Mr. DeSilva comes to the Commission with over 20 years of law enforcement experience serving with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. For the past ten years, Mr. DeSilva worked in global Ethics, Compliance, and Investigations at two different pharmaceutical companies. Mr. DeSilva graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife currently reside in Raleigh, NC.
